Welcome to Delhi: - Incredible Delhi and Agra tour will start with your arrival at Delhi the capital of India. Get grand reception at airport arrival by Travelust representative. Later, get transfer to the hotel. Overnight at the hotel.
Drive to Agra: - On the 2nd day after breakfast proceed to Agra, Arrive Agra and then go for sightseeing of the city. Taj Mahal: - Emperor Shah Jahan in the 17th century built Taj Mahal which was later became one of the seven wonder of world. Taj took 20 years and 20000 labor force to complete and is situated in edge of River Yamuna. Built in the memory of Queen Mumtaz has also been an UNESCO World Heritage Sites since 1982. Agra Fort: - Visit the former Mughal Empire capital until early 17th century; built in the red sandstone. The fort was situated in Yamuna River bank; and was commissioned by Mughal Emperor Akbar in the year 1566. The star features are “Diwan-i-Khas, Diwan-i-Aam, and Peacock throne”. Itmad-Ud-Daulah Tomb: - Visit the real inspiration to Taj Mahal, a royal mausoleum to the chieftains and relatives of Mughal Emperor’s. The tomb is also known as ‘Baby Taj Mahal’. Evening drive back to Delhi and overnight at the hotel.
Raj Ghat: - The final place of rest and peace for the father of nation Mahatma Gandhi is visited by diplomats, state heads, royalties, dignitaries and travelers every day to pay their respect to Mahatma Gandhi. Jama Masjid: - Iconic structure is an Islamic religious site and is also revered as Asia’s largest Mosque. The last monument commissioned by Emperor Shah Jahan in 1656 AD; has been the symbol of India’s secularism. The Mosque has capacity to hold 25000 Islam followers during prayer sessions or Id festival. New Delhi Tour: Humayun's Tomb: - Dedicated to the Mughal Emperor Humayun the octagonal mausoleum with four rising arches was commissioned by Haji Begum in the mid 16th century AD. It also inspired the later architectural wonders built by Mughal Emperor Shah Jahan’s in later years. Qutub Minar: - Qutub Ud Din Aibak started the victory stand known as Qutub Minar and was completed by Iltutmish in the year 1236 AD. The pillar is surrounded with beautiful gardens as well as species of birds. India Gate: - Amar Jyoti Jawan of India Gate, a grand sand stone and granite structure is a tribute to 90000 soldiers who fought in the Second World War for British - Indian army.
